Newly appointed FBI Special Agent Luke Doggit accepts the task of establishing a new unit, called Strange Phenomenon’s (SP1). Luke and his team are called upon to solve the strange and mysterious cases; no serious FBI agent wants. It all begins when a strange man shows up in a small Northern California town warning the residents about an impending flood, then seems to disappear. As the small task force tries to unravel the case, more surprises await them. Is it the same man appearing and disappearing all over the country, and why is there a biblical pattern emerging? As the Director of the FBI grows concerned, what will Luke and his team discover about the mysterious man, named Enoch? Who is this man and what are his mysterious plans?
